The following is a list of some frequently used material that is needed for successful study. Little Loft would like to recommend Johnson Strings and Shar Music for the majority of these items.  It is not necessary to acquire all at once; purchases my be made as students progress.

Youth Ensembles

We are so fortunate in this state to have so many wonderful youth groups for students to participate in.  Most of these groups are audition only.  Each student must prepare the required material and play for adjudicators in order to gain entry.  Please refer to the Little Loft Policy for information regarding audition preparation during the summer.

The audition process is extremely beneficial to a student's progress and development as a musician.  Each of these groups requires a full rehearsal and performance commitment from each student who has gained entry through audition, they are SO fun and worth it!!
